Zaia & Zaia LLC is a diversified, family-driven company established in 2003, dedicated to operating and managing multiple businesses across food service, rentals, and hospitality. With over two decades of experience, we proudly own and operate several Wetzel’s Pretzels® locations, manage food trucks, run a café inside Kaiser Hospital, and provide banquet hall and equipment rental services.
Our company is built on strong operational leadership, supported by an Office Manager, an Operations Manager, store managers, and a dedicated team of approximately 52 employees. Each business under the Zaia & Zaia umbrella operates with its own identity while sharing the same commitment to quality, service, and reliability.
